Orkney, The Pottery|

Welcome to our new website.

Amulet is a real family business. Sigrid and I have revived our earlier successful Heritage Jewellery enterprise with these lovely sculptures lovingly made by Anne~Marie.

Our Daughter-In-Law, Anna will see to packing and despatching, along with a myriad of other tasks involved with the production of the jewellery.

Thomas is an expert maker too. He’s brilliant at kiln packing, and as for his button making, his care and patience is remarkable!

As for me, I’m the good old Boss. I made my first piece of pottery when I was only three years old. It was a wee mushroom at Peggie Foy’s pottery in my home county of Kent. It was a blusher, the kind of wild fungi we’d gather on Hayes Common. Guess what? I am still making them and you can get these toadstools from Amulet to this day.

We are a very happy band. Duncan comes in on Saturdays. He makes the tortoises, giving them great character and charm.

Wishing you the V E R Y best of seasons.

Andrew and Sigrid.
